SPIN
Designed to improve your aerobic power, spin will help you burn tons of calories while toning and strengthening your legs. Each workout is driven by YOU!

SPIN & SCULPT
Don’t have time to do an hour of cardio and an hour of weights, this class is for you! A combination of 30 minutes of Spin and 30 minutes of Sculpt is a great way to fit it all in.

SPIN & CORE
Looking for something different… this class is for you.  Rev up your heart and strengthen that core –all packed into an hour of extreme training that will improve your heart and posture at the same time!

SCULPT
Sculpt is a full hour dedicated to muscle pump. Emphasizing proper technique, this class utilizes dumbbells, body bars, bosu balls, theraballs, and tubing to progressively tone and sculpt your body. 
 
CORE & SCULPT
Recommended for all fitness levels, this class is all about developing strength to get the most from your muscles.  Benefits include improved postural stabilization by strengthening abdominals and supporting muscles, such as the lower back.
 
STEP
Step is a high energy, aerobic conditioning class that brings together fun choreography and cardio utilizing an adjustable step platform.  It is a great cardio workout, topped off with some core strength work and stretching. 
 
ATHLETIC STEP
Same high energy as step with some higher intensity moves added in.
 
POWER PAC’D and BODY BLAST
These 2 classes are the ultimate, uncompromising athletic conditioning classes. No choreography, just hard core, higher intensity cardiovascular and resistance exercises.
 
POWER ED
Located at the Education Balcony, this class is an uncompromising athletic conditioning class. No set moves or choreography, this high-intense class includes a combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises.
 
YOGA
Yoga is believed to be one of the most gentle, yet effective forms of exercise for the body and also for the mind. This Flow Yoga class will help you become aware of the connection between the mind and body while giving you a gentle but effective workout using stretching and breathing exercises. You will leave the class feeling relaxed, de-stressed and healthy.
 
PiYo 
Is a music driven, low impact, high intensity, dynamic workout that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga. Body weight is used to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves..You’ll sweat, stretch and strengthen all in one challenging PiYo class.

DRAGON FLOW YOGA
Explores the energy body through vigorous movement, breath and directed awareness. Experience a whole body workout while still moving within your body’s unique level of flexibility and strength. The Dragon Flow begins gently and slowly builds internal fire. Once the energy is awakened, then get quiet and explore the flow of chi (energy/prana) in the body through long held yin postures.
 
YOGA FOR HEALTHY BACKS
Using special props, you will be guided through a series of gentle postures and movement that focus on the skeleton. Feel the tension releasing from the neck, shoulders, upper and lower back and hips. Healthy movement patterns are created by increasing mobility. This class is ideal for anyone suffering from pain, tension, stress and anyone that has a BACK!
 
ZUMBA
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
 
COUNTRY HEAT LIVE
High-energy, low-impact, and easy-to-follow, this dance workout is perfect for all fitness levels. So whether you’re a dance newbie or you’ve already got great moves, you’re gonna love stepping it up to the hottest country hits around!
